Meditation so soothing , calms the mind and stops storms . All those thoughts crashing around in your head are only thoughts and cannot really harm anything unless one reacts to them in a stressful way; sometimes creating a storm. I am learning to sit and watch calmly as I begin to notice the wonderful rhythm of the breadth. I found a lovely App. that gifts 10 free meditations to use for beginners ; today was day 3 and I really felt the benefit of enjoying 10 minutes meditation as the world whizzed by. .
